Basketball Recap: Gold-Burg Sets Scoring Season-High Against Prairie Valley

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Saint Jo, Gold-Burg was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Prairie Valley Bulldogs by a score of 64-56. The Bears' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Gold-Burg moved to 3-7 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak. As for Prairie Valley, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Gold-Burg has already played their next contest (against Midway), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Prairie Valley will venture away from home to challenge Bellevue at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Prairie Valley is facing Bellevue at the right time seeing as Bellevue is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
