West Salem had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Westby Norsemen by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Norsemen on September 4th, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

West Salem's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Westby, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 9-7.

West Salem has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Black River Falls on the 23rd. As for Westby, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Arcadia on the 23rd.
