Baseball Recap: Franklin Regional's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Franklin Regional won against Charlotte Country Day School on Sunday with ten runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Franklin Regional Panthers came out on top against the D'Evelyn Jaguars by a score of 10-7. The Panthers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

The team relied heavily on NJ Ramchandran, who scored two runs and stole Three bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Luke Williams, who scored two runs and stole Three bases. while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.

Franklin Regional's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for D'Evelyn, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, Franklin Regional will take on Fox Chapel at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for D'Evelyn, they will square off against Shady Side Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
