Softball Recap: Geraldine Bulldogs vs. Ohatchee Indians

If Geraldine was feeling good fresh off their 10-3 takedown of Weaver on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Ohatchee Indians by a score of 9-8 on Thursday. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2021.

Shyla Thompson was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She struck out 16 batters over nine innings while giving up six earned (and three unearned) runs off 11 hits.
