Basketball Game Preview: Jewish Community Wolves vs. Bentley Phoenix

The Jewish Community Wolves will take on the Bentley Phoenix in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Wednesday, Jewish Community came up short against Making Waves Academy and fell 65-55. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Bentley suffered their biggest loss since February 8th on Tuesday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting St. Joseph Notre Dame an easy 73-50 victory. While losing is never fun, the Phoenix can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 455th, while the Pilots are ranked 161st).

Jewish Community's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Bentley, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season.
