Basketball Recap: Center Point Comes Up Short

Center Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Tarrant Wildcats, falling 71-26. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 84-21 back in November of 2024.

Center Point's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Tarrant, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

Center Point will face off against Shelby County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tarrant does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
