Manteno won the last time they faced Reed-Custer and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers secured a 26-21 W over the Comets.

Tyler Buehler went supernova, rushing for 91 yards on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 51 yards and one touchdown.

Despite the loss, Reed-Custer still got an impressive performance from Tristan Randall, who rushed for 95 yards, and also threw for 97 yards and one TD.

Manteno's record now sits at 3-1. As for Reed-Custer, the loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 2-2.
