Volleyball Recap: Aly Davis and Sophia Bagley Secure Win for Chelsea

Chelsea had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Phil Campbell Bobcats.

Leading Chelsea to victory were Sophia Bagley and Aly Davis. Bagley had five digs and three aces, while Davis had six digs. Sienna Arceneaux also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Chelsea was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in four consecutive matchups.

The win got Chelsea back to even at 8-8. As for Phil Campbell, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Chelsea has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Deshler on the 13th. As for Phil Campbell, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Clay-Chalkville on the 13th.
