Salvatore Vitale Game Report: @ The Pingry School

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Salvatore Vitale: he recorded his first sack on Saturday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He picked up 2.5 sacks and made six total tackles, helping propel Xavier past The Pingry School by a score of 29-22. We hope Vitale's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Vitale and Xavier will head out on the road to face off against Holy Cross at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Holy Cross will enter the matchup having just beaten Christ the King, so Xavier will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
