Hurricane lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Canyon View, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Saturday's contest. The Tigers took their matchup on Saturday with ease, bagging a 73-31 victory over the Falcons. The game was the first time the Tigers have beaten the Falcons on their court since January 30, 2020.

Brigham Kemp went supernova, dropping a double-double with 28 points and 12 steals. Clyde Berrett was another key player, going 7-for-9 on his way to 15 points.

Hurricane has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 73.5 points this season. As for Canyon View, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
