Basketball Recap: Impact Christian Academy Extends Winning Streak to Four

Impact Christian Academy strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 76-66 win over the Coral Glades Jaguars.

Ronald Clark was his usual excellent self, putting up 24 points. Another player making a difference was Lillian Tchabo, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 11 boards.

Impact Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in January.

Coral Glades lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Donovan Swain, who went 8-for-17 on his way to 25 points and six rebounds. The game was his third in a row with at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Reed, who posted 14 points along with seven assists and six boards.

Impact Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Coral Glades, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Impact Christian Academy has already played their next contest, a 53-44 win against Episcopal School of Jacksonville on the 2nd. As for Coral Glades, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 67-59 victory against Pine Ridge on the 29th.
