Knightstown has gone 9-1 against Tri recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Panthers will host the Titans at 5:00 p.m. Knightstown is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.

Knightstown took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Centerville a 4-0 shutout.

Knightstown's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Marrow, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Tony Louks also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Tri couldn't beat Eastern Hancock on Friday even though they stacked five runs on them in the fifth inning. The Titans and the Royals finished up their game with a 9-9 tie.

Tri's draw gives them a new season record of 0-9-1. As for Knightstown, their win bumped their record up to 9-2.

Tri's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Knightstown hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .313. It's a different story for Tri, though, as they've only averaged .170. Will they be able to contain Knightstown's hitters?

Everything went Knightstown's way against Tri when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Knightstown made off with a 24-4 victory. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Titans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
