Soccer Recap: Key West Falls Short of American Heritage in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Key West can now relate to. They came up short against the American Heritage Patriots on Tuesday, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, the Conchs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 275th, while the Patriots are ranked second).

Key West is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11. As for American Heritage, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-1.

As of now, neither Key West nor American Heritage have any future games scheduled.
