Softball Recap: Bryant Comes Up Short

Bryant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 7-1 to the George County Rebels. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, with their most recent defeat being a 5-0 loss two weeks ago.

Bryant's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for George County, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Bryant wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 6-1 loss against D'Iberville on the 8th. As for George County, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Pass Christian on the 8th.
