Volleyball Game Preview: Floyd County Buffaloes vs. James River Knights + How To Watch

After both having extra time off, the Floyd County Buffaloes and the James River Knights will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. James River took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Floyd County, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Floyd County got the win against Martinsville by a conclusive 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Buffaloes in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, James River came up short against Glenvar on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

James River's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Floyd County, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.

Floyd County might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from James River when the teams last played back in September. Can the Buffaloes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
