Fairfield has gone a perfect 10-0 against Teague recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will challenge the Lions at 6:00 p.m. Fairfield will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

On Friday, Fairfield made easy work of Mexia and carried off a 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Fairfield was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-9, 25-13.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Teague challenged Westwood on Friday. The Lions took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Lions' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The 3-1 doesn't really show just how close this match was: all the sets Teague lost were decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 12-25, 25-23, 26-24.

Fairfield's victory bumped their record up to 25-6. As for Teague, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-7.

Everything went Fairfield's way against Teague in their previous meeting back in September, as Fairfield made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
