Le Roy waltzed into their game on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Letchworth Legends 17-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-6 back in April.

Brady McClurg was incredible, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Jake Higgins was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Le Roy pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Letchworth, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Le Roy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 4-3 win against Oakfield-Alabama on the 10th. As for Letchworth, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 14-0 defeat against Pavilion on the 10th.
