Southeast came out on top against Garfield on Tuesday thanks in part to Ava Stephens's efforts. Nobody could stop Stephens as she went 3-for-5 with one home run, three RBI, and one double.

Coming up, Stephens and Southeast will take on Cardinal Mooney at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cardinals will enter the matchup having just beaten Aquinas, so the Pirates will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
