Football Game Preview: Perry/Mount Morris vs. Cuba-Rushford

After two weeks on the road, Cuba-Rushford is heading back home. On Friday they take on Perry/Mount Morris at 7:30 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.

Cuba-Rushford found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 14-44 punch to the gut against York/Pavilion last Friday.

Meanwhile, Perry/Mount Morris came into their this week averaging 30.4 points per game, but Perry/Mount Morris fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They suffered a grim 0-33 defeat to Canisteo-Greenwood. Perry/Mount Morris were down by 0-27 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Cuba-Rushford simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Perry/Mount Morris 45-8. Will Cuba-Rushford repeat their success, or does Perry/Mount Morris have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
