Ari Simpson Game Report: vs Steele Canyon

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Ari Simpson: she recorded her first sack on Thursday and we're guessing she's looking for more. She also made three total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly Grossmont still had to take a 18-0 loss at the hands of Steele Canyon. We hope Simpson's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Simpson and Grossmont are taking a road trip to square off against Helix at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Foothillers have been dominating on the road and they will enter the game having won four straight away games . Will Simpson and the rest of the team be able to keep the streak alive?
