Football Recap: Hayden Ganey Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Lakeside + How To Watch

Montgomery hadn't done well against Lakeside recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Tigers came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 34-22. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 26-22 win the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Montgomery's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hayden Ganey, who picked up 72 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Ganey is on a roll when it comes to receiving touchdowns, as he's now hauled in two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Montgomery also got a significant boost from Jeremiah Christian, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 101 yards.

Montgomery's record is now 2-3. As for Lakeside, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
