Fayetteville Christian proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by four) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against The O'Neal School, sneaking past 2-1. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Fayetteville Christian were the better team in the second half.

Lexi Hefner and Autumn Barton scored both of Fayetteville Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Fayetteville Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four games. The O'Neal School moved to 4-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
