West Ranch not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since December 3, 2024 (when they won 73-47). Everything went their way against the Vasquez Mustangs as they made off with a 61-39 win.

When it comes to explaining why Vasquez lost, don't look at Gavin Battey. Despite the final result, he posted eight points and 12 rebounds. Khailan Wiley was another key player, putting up six points.

West Ranch's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Vasquez, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

West Ranch wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 55-48 defeat against Grant on the 28th. Vasquez has also already played their next matchup (against Lancaster), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
