Volleyball Recap: Hilliard Darby Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Hilliard Darby lost against Thomas Worthington last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell 3-1 to the CARDINALS. Panthers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the CARDINALS since on Saturday.

While Hilliard Darby ultimately came up short, they really made Thomas Worthington work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 27-25, 18-25, 25-19.

Among those leading the charge was Drew Barnes, who had eight digs and three assists. Matt Lacher also deserves some recognition as he had his first dig of the season.
