Starting off the list is Meadville's Jordan Lawrence, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Lawrence rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns. He has become a key player for Meadville: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.
Lawrence might have his next game, a home matchup with Warren, circled on his calendar. When Lawrence last faced the Dragons back in October of 2023, he rushed for 223 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.

This year, Findlay has thrown 15 touchdowns while averaging 160.5 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 60.13 passing yards per game.
