Basketball Recap: Wasatch Wasps vs. Maple Mountain Golden Eagles
Wasatch was the 75-65 winner over Maple Mountain when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wasatch Wasps took a hard 66-50 fall against the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles on Tuesday.
Elijah Liddiard was nothing short of spectacular for Maple Mountain: he went 6 of 8 to rack up 18 points. Thanks to that strong game, Liddiard now owns an excellent 45.7% field goal percentage. The team also got some help courtesy of Nash Jackson, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 15 rebounds.
