Softball Recap: Bigelow Extends Winning Streak to Four

Bigelow waltzed into their match on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They skirted past the St. Joseph Bulldogs 8-6. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The team relied heavily on Carley Camp, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Mattie Langston also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Bigelow now has a winning record of 7-6. As for St. Joseph, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bigelow will take on White County Central at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Joseph, they will square off against Robinson at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
