Spectrum is a perfect 9-0 against PACT Charter since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Sting will head out on the road to square off against the Panthers at 4:15 p.m. Spectrum will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.

PACT Charter's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Thursday: Spectrum hadn't allowed a single run the last 13 times they've hit the field. The Sting put the hurt on Legacy Christian Academy with a sharp 18-0 victory on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Sting, who have now won six matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, PACT Charter didn't have quite enough to beat West Lutheran on Wednesday and fell 3-2.

PACT Charter saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mia Sparre, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Spectrum's win was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-0. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.2 runs over those games. As for PACT Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.

Everything went Spectrum's way against PACT Charter in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Spectrum made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Sting since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
