Basketball Recap: Stuart W. Cramer Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Stuart W. Cramer had won 17 straight home games dating back to last season and Oshauna Holland did her part to make it 18 on Tuesday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, the Stuart W. Cramer Storm made off with a 57-56 win over the South Point Red Raiders thanks in part to Holland, who dropped a double-double on 34 points and 11 boards. The contest was her 28th in a row with at least ten points.

Despite the loss, South Point still got an impressive performance from Amya Graham, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and 15 rebounds. That was a full 55.4% of South Point's points, marking the third time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Toney Milton, who put up 12 points and eight boards.

Stuart W. Cramer's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for South Point, they moved to 15-5 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stuart W. Cramer will face off against Crest at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Stuart W. Cramer is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.8 points per game this season. As for South Point, they will challenge Huss at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Huss will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something South Point surely won't give up without a fight.
