Basketball Recap: Potts Camp Falls Short of Jumpertown in the Playoffs

Potts Camp and Jumpertown squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Potts Camp had to settle for second. They took a blow against the Jumpertown Cardinals, falling 55-22. Having soared to a lofty 67 points in the game before, Potts Camp couldn't push the score so high this time.

Potts Camp has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-18 record this season. As for Jumpertown, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-11 record this season.

Potts Camp does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jumpertown, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Cardinals challenge the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Biggersville will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Jumpertown surely won't give up without a fight.
