A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Dwyer Panthers duke it out with the Royal Palm Beach Wildcats on Wednesday... Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Dwyer comes in on three and Royal Palm Beach on seven.
Dwyer is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Seminole Ridge 78-30. That 48 point margin sets a new team best for the Panthers this season.

Dwyer's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from KODEN BROWN, who made all 6 shots he took to post 14 points along with six assists and six steals. The dominant performance gave BROWN a new career-high in steals. Another player making a difference was JORDAN QUINCE, who posted 13 points and six steals.
Meanwhile, Royal Palm Beach took their matchup on Monday with ease, bagging a 65-36 victory over West Boca Raton. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 129th, while the Bulls are ranked 603rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Dwyer better keep an eye on K'Nard Callendar. He was instrumental in Royal Palm Beach's win, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of David Alexis, who went 6 for 11 on his way to 16 points.
Royal Palm Beach has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Dwyer, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-9.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Dwyer and Royal Palm Beach are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Dwyer hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 59.6 points per game. However, it's not like Royal Palm Beach struggles in that department as they've been averaging 62.6 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Dwyer couldn't quite finish off Royal Palm Beach in their previous meeting two weeks ago and fell 59-57. Can Dwyer avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
