It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but South Range had no problem doing just that on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Keystone Wildcats. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won 15 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was South Range's fifth in a row) raised their record to 19-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Keystone, they dropped their record down to 15-10 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, South Range will take on Triway in a tournament on Wednesday. The Raiders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Titans have averaged an impressive 9 runs per game this season. Keystone does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
