Baseball Recap: Weaubleau Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Monday. Weaubleau came up short against Hurley, falling 13-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Weaubleau of the 16-6 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2016.

Weaubleau has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Hurley, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.

Coincidentally, Weaubleau and Hurley will both be playing Wheatland the next time they take the field. Weaubleau will head out to face Wheatland at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Hurley will host them on Tuesday.
