The home team had won the previous three meetings between Northeast and Glen Burnie, and Northeast kept the tradition alive. The Eagles came out on top in a nail-biter against the Gophers on Tuesday, sneaking past 3-2.

Northeast's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Chesapeake Science Point, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
