Chester's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Liberty Indians. The Hambletonians haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Chester now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Liberty, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, Chester will square off against Eldred at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Hambletonians' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Yellowjackets have averaged an impressive 9.5 runs per game this season. As for Liberty, they will take on Livingston Manor at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
