Basketball Recap: Luke Bailey Key Part of Team Effort in Spartans Win

Ansley/Litchfield won the last time they faced Arcadia/Loup City and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Ansley/Litchfield Spartans secured a 46-42 W over the Arcadia/Loup City Rebels. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Spartans.

Ansley/Litchfield's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Luke Bailey, who went 6-for-13 en route to 17 points along with eight boards and three steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Bailey has scored at least a third of Ansley/Litchfield's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Schulte, who posted ten points.

Several Rebels players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Max Lewandowski, who scored 13 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.
