Meanwhile, KIPP Denver Collegiate's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight defeat. They lost to Denver Waldorf at home by a decisive 55-41 margin.
Englewood's win bumped their record up to 7-14. As for KIPP Denver Collegiate, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Englewood against KIPP Denver Collegiate when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 93-27 victory.
