Volleyball Recap: Eastmark Takes a Loss

Eastmark lost against ALA - Gilbert North on April 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Firebirds came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. The Firebirds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-14, 25-9.

Grayson Rowley paced Eastmark's offense, picking up six kills. Rowley got some help from Zac Chan and his 13 assists.

Eastmark's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for ALA - Gilbert North, the win was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-2.

Eastmark has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Mesquite on the 18th. As for ALA - Gilbert North, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Red Mountain on the 18th.
