Basketball Recap: Countryside Christian Comes Up Short

Countryside Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 73-40 loss at the hands of the Oak Hall Eagles. If the Minutemen were looking for revenge after losing 74-45 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Countryside Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Oak Hall, they moved to 4-11 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Countryside Christian will welcome Aucilla Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Aucilla Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.9 points per game this season. As for Oak Hall, they will host Bronson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
