Baseball Recap: Hopewell Takes a Loss

Hopewell fell victim to Riverside and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 14-0 to the Riverside Panthers. The Vikings have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meetings.

Hopewell got a good showing from Jacob Knobloch, who pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.

Hopewell's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Riverside, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.
