Deegan McCutcheon posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off eight hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

McCutcheon's strong effort led Green Lake/Princeton over Montello and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
