Football Recap: Kingsburg Vikings vs. Sanger Apaches

Kingsburg was the 7-6 winner over Sanger when they last played one another back in March of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Kingsburg Vikings fell just short of the Sanger Apaches by a score of 20-17 on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Vikings have lost by exactly three points.

Despite the defeat, Kingsburg saw an underclassman step up: Cooper Holt picked up 102 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Those 102 receiving yards set a new season-high mark for Holt.
