Baseball Recap: Concord Takes a Loss

Concord fell victim to Monte Vista and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the Mustangs. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Concord saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aaron Hunt, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Concord's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Monte Vista, they moved to 3-12 with that win, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Concord will square off against Berean Christian at 4:00 p.m. on the 15th. As for Monte Vista, they will face off against California at 4:00 p.m. on the 16th.
