Recap: Odessa Bronchos vs. Crosby Cougars
On Thursday, Odessa lost to Crosby on the road by a decisive 50-36 margin. Odessa has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Crosby got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Emori Lasalle out in front who scored 17 points along with 9 steals. Lasalle hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games. Another player making a difference was Lamaya Clark, who scored 12 points along with 9 rebounds.
Odessa's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Crosby, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-5.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Hays the next time they take the court. Odessa will head out to face Hays at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, while Crosby will head out to face them at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
