Volleyball Game Preview: West Brook Bruins vs. Lee Ganders

West Brook has gone a perfect 3-0 against Lee recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bruins will look to defend their home court against the Ganders at 6:30 p.m. West Brook will be strutting in after a win while Lee will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, West Brook made easy work of Nederland and carried off a 3-0 victory.

While West Brook won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Lee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Barbers Hill.

While Lee was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Barbers Hill's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-8, 25-16.

West Brook is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-11 record this season. As for Lee, their loss dropped their record down to 1-15.

Everything went West Brook's way against Lee in their previous matchup back in September, as West Brook made off with a 3-0 win. Do the Bruins have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Ganders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
