Basketball Game Preview: Pawnee Heights Tigers vs. Bucklin Red Aces

Pawnee Heights and Bucklin are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2017, but not for long. The Pawnee Heights Tigers will host the Bucklin Red Aces at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pawnee Heights comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Pawnee Heights is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took a 57-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of Satanta on Friday.

Despite their defeat, Pawnee Heights saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Cody Holste, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds, was perhaps the best of all. Another player making a difference was Brady Carlson, who posted ten points and five boards.

Even though they lost, Pawnee Heights smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Bucklin came up short against Hodgeman County on Friday and fell 50-41. The Red Aces have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bucklin's loss dropped their record down to 3-9-2. As for Pawnee Heights, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-14.
