Volleyball Game Preview: South Lenoir Blue Devils vs. East Duplin Panthers + How To Watch

The South Lenoir Blue Devils will venture away from home to square off against the East Duplin Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, South Lenoir earned a 3-1 win over Southwest Onslow. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

Meanwhile, East Duplin got the win against Pender on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now won three in a row.

East Duplin never let Pender on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-17, 25-20.

South Lenoir better focus on containing Karsyn Parker and Lauren Cottle as the pair were huge in East Duplin's win. Parker had 16 digs, while Cottle had ten digs and nine assists. Those ten digs gave Cottle a new career-high.

South Lenoir's record is now 5-14. As for East Duplin, their record now sits at 19-2.
