Volleyball Recap: Pahokee Takes a Loss

Pahokee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Moore Haven Terriers. The Blue Devils were not able to make up for their loss to the Terriers from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-20, 25-6.

Moore Haven's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brooklyn Sergent, who had five aces. That's the most aces Sergent has posted since back in October of 2024.

Pahokee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Moore Haven, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 6-7 record.

Pahokee has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Boynton Beach on the 16th. As for Moore Haven, they will face off against Donahue Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
