Baseball Game Preview: Rochester Rams vs. Winchester Thurston

For the second straight game, Rochester will face off against Winchester Thurston. The Rams will square off against Winchester Thurston at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rochester has given up an average of 9.2 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Monday, Rochester came up short against Winchester Thurston and fell 12-9.

For Winchester Thurston's part, Kaelin Leimer was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-5. Sam Hammons was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

The victory (which was Winchester Thurston's seventh in a row) raised their record to 9-1. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 11.3 runs. As for Rochester, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
