Volleyball Recap: Albemarle School Takes a Loss

Albemarle School lost against Lawrence Academy back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Colts came up short against the Warriors, falling 3-0. The Colts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-9, 25-12.

Brittney Bass paced Albemarle School's offense, picking up four kills. Bass got some help from Kaylee Noble and her two assists.

Albemarle School's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-3. As for Lawrence Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Albemarle School wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Halifax Academy on the 28th. As for Lawrence Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against The Oakwood School on the 28th.
